    Submit a request , not a feedback.  I currently also have the same issue.

    I sent a lot of requestes but no response. Do you have a solution?

    Don't spam request , send one request with all the information they need and then wait. If your account is disabled for 14 days it will be banned. If it's been like 12 days or 10 days then you can maybe start spamming requests or even hit them up on their twitter.
