Waiting over a month for support to help me

I have been waiting since September for somebody to help me with my ticket (when I tried to login, it told me my email was no longer attached to an account, even though my family can still see my account in the server) I feel like it's not unreasonable to want some kind of assistance, or at the absolute least some confirmation that I'm not just being ghosted completely.

    File a complaint with the BBB it's what a bunch of people are doing due to not getting a response on the ticket support system.
