Instant close ticket, banned falsely.

I've written multiple tickets, all of which were half replie to. I am unable to fix my account because they don't read the associated phone number, and then they reply and close the ticket. It has been almost entirely a week with this issue, no contact with my friends, and no way to fix it. Please help with ticket 40916445.

    Do what I did an report Discord to the BBB. Everyone else is doing it and has gotten a response from them
