I don't know why my apeal to get my account back is taken so long and my requst show open then 5 to 10 minutes i/ shows resolved why is that when i still can't log in

    It’s because the Nelly Bot is broken and prematurely marks tickets as solved. Best to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and include your ticket number and be sure to state on the form where it says email address to use the email address associated with your discord account
