Account Disabled?

Hi discord team. 
I would like to know why my 2x brand new accounts has been disabled? 
Have never used discord before, didn't even gotten a chance..bam banned? 
How to get my account's unbanned? And what was the reason behind it?

    I really want to ask why you need 2 accounts from start? :)

    But I keep hearing of accounts being banned by automation.
