Discord Trust & Safety deleted my account without my permission

The Discord account got hacked, and the hacker changed the email address
My discord account was compromised and the person who did it immediately changed the email address. At present, I have no way of accessing the account or reverting the changes. A support ticket was submitted as soon as my account was compromised, and I immediately submitted a support request to recover the stolen account.

Can you revert the changes so I can get my account back?
I created my ticket instantly and I haven't got any response regarding my account I'll get it back or not
My discord account was hacked on October 29, 2023, and till now they haven't responded to me yet, I created some tickets but they have closed all other tickets as solved except one. I am still hoping to get a response someday.

After 15 to 16 days 
Discord Trust & Safety responded to my ticket and they said they gonna help me.
This was the message I got from them when I said this above “Discord Trust & Safety responded to my ticket and they said they gonna help me.”  I linked those two screenshots below

And till today no one responded to me anything and now I see that my account looks like it's been deleted. And they closed all my tickets and no one is saying anything from their team.
