Discord's Support System NEEDS a Live Support System (or better response times.)
Discord Support's System is incredibly flawed.
People are often left on read for days on end with no updates of their cases. This may lead to a narrative that Discord Support is lazy or apathetic. …Or that they provide horrible customer service towards those who pay for Nitro and those who do not. This leaves many anxious and upset with the service given.
A good way to fix this would be to set in place a response from an actual agent on the person's case at least once every 3-5 business days OR!
Getting a live support system where you can talk to an agent in real time. Be it over chat or over phone, this would be a great option and would greatly improve customer service.
This could help with verification processes. Especially due to the fact that the Discord Support bots cannot read what you've already stated previously.

I always want to add, that if an account has been disabled, it can't be deleted until a human has responded to the ticket. That would help false disablements.

The irony is that Discord's support ticketing system ("Clyde") will start demanding you respond promptly to tickets (after a Support/Dev/whoever has responded), else it will auto-close the ticket. In other words: Discord devs/support can take as much time as they want, but you, the user, are required to continually update the ticket to keep it from getting auto-closed (I think the required response time from the user is something like 72 hours?).

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Discord, like many other online platforms, offers a support system that primarily relies on user tickets and email-based communication for issue resolution. While Discord has made efforts to improve its support system over time, the availability of live support or faster response times may vary.
If you're experiencing challenges with Discord's support system and believe that live support or faster response times would enhance the user experience, you can consider taking the following steps:
Check Discord's Official Channels: Follow Discord's official blog, support forums, or social media channels for updates on their support system. Companies often communicate changes and improvements through these channels.
Submit Feedback: Discord typically values user feedback. Consider submitting your feedback through the official Discord support channels, user forums, or any feedback mechanisms provided within the application. This can help them understand the user experience and identify areas for improvement.
Explore Help Center Resources: Discord usually maintains a comprehensive Help Center with articles, guides, and frequently asked questions. Before reaching out to support, check if your issue is addressed in their documentation. This might help you find a solution faster.
Community Support: In addition to official support, Discord has an active user community. You might find assistance or advice from other users who have faced similar issues in community forums or discussion groups.
Follow Updates: Keep an eye on Discord's announcements for any changes or improvements to their support system. Companies often iterate and enhance their support processes based on user feedback.
It's important to note that the availability of live support or faster response times can depend on various factors, including the volume of support requests and the resources allocated by the company. Companies may periodically update their support systems to address user needs and improve overall satisfaction.

Cristiano Ronaldo they never respond smh.
Like is beyond 14 day response for appeals when account is deleted automatically after 14 days of disabling by them. I support this suggestion though I highly doubt discord would do it , coz they are mostly for profit not customer centric.

Had my account and a ton of personal data within it stolen and I have been stuck waiting without a response from support for over 3 months now. Discord support has closed out 5 separate tickets on my issue without even replying to them. Its absolutely ridiculous that there is seemingly nobody I can reach that's able to even attempt to help, the lack of a live service desk is pathetic

I know discord is only a profit centred company 💀 from one account I had even reported a few bugs . Months later they still exist

Love that they have no issue with continuing to charge me for my nitro subscription for that account though, just told me to submit another ticket that i'd get no response on. No sort of SLA or live service desk means you're just stuck hoping that someone replies sometime this year, legit unbelievable, they can't even help people who are actively being stolen from on their own platform

Good luck they'd rather take your money rather than helping you unless they manage to help me I'll die on this hill
