Increased Friend Limit for Nitro Users

Nitro users should be able to have 2000 friends over the regular limit of 1000.

Already shown to increase sales via the Increased Server Limit.

It'd be incredibly useful for people consistently adding or communicating with people, those of which typically end up purchasing Nitro. It'd also be a nice QoL feature.
