After I created few tickets because a 30y old guy is “underage” for this…
All tickets are closed, so I can´t make a comment anymore after 8? tickets without response.
I´m pretty sure that we will lose all our accounts because there is no human support anymore.

Have you tried doing a follow up on the very first ticket you made that was closed?
My friend went through a similar situation with their account getting disabled due to being falsely banned because of underage. It would help if you explain to them exactly what you received through email, send multiple proofs like: drivers license, ID, a picture of your Discord username next to your ID, and a picture of your face with your ID next to you.
Support reached out to me after several days after writing a follow up on a marked as solved ticket, do that by clicking “Create a follow-up” below the page. I posted a screenshot of where you can find the follow up message.

Huh, that's interesting. I don't see “create a follow-up” for any of my pre-existing tickets. Once I do see that, I will give this a try and hope for the best.

I gave everything what they need - no response and still blocked.
I never saw a post about that someone is finally unblocked. I found only posts here about “my account is blocked for 1-30 days” or accounts are deleted after a month without a response.
Finally, my tickets are assigned? to someone (not a bot) and he closed my tickets (not solved) so I can´t make a comment and I´m still blocked.0
