Account disabled for being underage, no response on ticket

My account was disabled 6 days ago for being under 13, I am not under 13, im 18I made a update age information  request about 6 days ago and I haven't gotten a response, there is 4 days left before my accout has deleted… PLZ HELP LOOK ON MY TICKET PLZ: #42764962
