New Mobile UI is so not friendly on touch genture phone

How am I suppose to sent emoji and upload images when 90% of the time im going to my phone home screen

    Swiping up is always a bad design for people who have phone gesture. Most of the time I will go home screen and now I am forced to type the emoji and upload from my gallery which reduce my productivity.
