My account has been disabled for about 20 days and I have not received any response.

I have not received any message from anyone in the tickets that I have opened, the first ticket has been open for 18 days (since the day my account was disabled) and the second ticket has been open for 10 days, at no time have I received any message and according to the support "They were reviewing my case" they could give some answer at least

    if they doesnt even answer after 27 day that exactly mean this discord support is terrible I have wait 20 days and they never reply to my email with two ticket
