Lost access to Google authentication

My phone broke and I lost access to Google authentication, but I have access to both my email and phone number, please help me, I don’t know what to do

    Unfortunately they usually won't help with that. Before loosing the authenticator you could have logged on and downloaded backup codes.

    This is the real Mikey Amber Tobolsky/Davis and I have not been contacting you. I am under attack. I have been gangstalked and hacked since August of this year. All of the people in this group are fraudulent hackers and have threatened my life. Please forward all information to the IC3
