I reported discord to the BBB and you should too

Im tired of how terrible and unresponsive the support team has been towards me and decided to file a report to the bbb, if you have been dealing with getting your tickets auto resolved, never receiving a reply by a real person after falsely getting banned then I suggest filing a report to the better business bureau for a faster response like I did link here: https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/computer-software/discord-inc-1116-918699

    I tried that already. They still send a bot response saying they are either overwhelmed with tickets or repeating whatever was in your last ticket. Didn't do any good. They don't seem to care.

    sorry for reviving a dead thread. they short staffed themselves and are now paying the price, i do recommend complaining the the BBB. they do the bare minimum when it comes to support
