Account suspended and no response

My account got suspended because of the age limit. Its so frustrating! First of all, I dont remember writing anything about any age and also I'm well over the age limit. I tried contacting Discord through the support system MULTIPLE TIMES, i tried to send a message, i tried sending a photo of me with my ID and username and they responded to NOTHING. It all jumps to “solved”. I tried contacting them on X/twitter, they responded once and then stopped. This support system should be fixed, a lot of people have problems with it!

    Enter in the system via PC. Under the place for ur tickt status will see many system questions on which you must answer, then your ticket will be legit and ready for review. I've done this and still waiting for 3+ days.
