My account has been hacked

So about two days ago now my account had been hacked and email changed and I’m still at the point where I’m waiting for a response to my tickets, to get my account back, yet to receive anything. I really long for any sort of support to get it back.

    Ive been waiting for over a month for a reply but they keep marking them as solved

    I submitted my ticket on January 10th (nearly two months ago) and I haven't even gotten a “we're busy and will get around to you” response. They ignore me on Twitter and there's been literally no activity. 

    So don't hold your breath.
