Audit log: add the ability to filter out entries by users or actions

Hi there,

we are using a bot which automagically updates the title of a specific channel (which contains the actual count of players on our Minecraft server and so on).

As this happens periodically, the audit log is spammed with these entries, making it confusing to find out changes made by our admins and mods.

It is possible to filter entries by users and actions, but it would be more helpful if the filter can exclude users and action types, so that i'm able to exclude our bot from the logs, which enables us to see only changes done by admins or mods.

Would be nice if that can be implemented in the (near) future. :D
