Hacked Account Support, or Lack Thereof

About 40, going on 50 days ago now, I got hacked by a phisher claiming to be a member of Discord Staff. Though sleep-derived, it was stupid to follow through on it. The hacker has my account, and changed both the email and password. I've seen the same hacker using the account of my friend to spread the scam too, so it feels like a ticking timer as to when the hacker could use mine and ruin it for good.

Since sending my ticket in an attempt to get support, I got 2 automated bot responses within the hour, followed by silence. Over 40 days straight of silence. No more bot replies, no person, nothing. All it would require is an email reverting so that I can do a password reset (assuming they didn't activate 2fa).

If nothing comes through before the hacker uses my account for their scam, I'll probably submit a complaint as that's all I can do. Either the support team is too slow, or too understaffed. Probably the latter, but either way, it needs to be sorted.
