Nelly bot closing requests with no reason

Hello discord users, I have recently encountered this problem, the employee or bot "Nelly" closes or changes the status of all my requests to "resolved" after the request has been made, after 1-10 minutes nelly immediately changes the status. Do you also have this problem? My account is about to be deleted for this too. It makes me very angry, because I have large servers that and for the deletion of my account will be deleted.
