does discord even respond about disabled accounts?

its been about 9 days since i had submitted an appeal, and i had submitted an appeal around the same hour my account was even disabled. i understand that in 5 days, my account will be deleted. does anyone have any stories about them never receiving a response and their account being deleted? im very worried about my account and there hasnt been any activity on my appeals. i dont think this is fair at all and im scared theyll delete my account without even a chance for me to explain what really happened.

    idk same history here been 9 days and discord aint even responding all i know is the assigned support guy got removed of my ticket so basically no one has taken my ticket yet and its been one day

    it has been 20 days and they keep marking the tickets as solved and close it
