False Age Ban / No Response on it

Ok, I got banned the first time for supposedly being “under 13” I appealed sent my Id and my age was verified as being 15. Then I get banned for being “under 13” again because I made a joke??? Bro did I not verify my age the first time..? After this I made an appeal, sent my Discord Id, Face, Date of Birth all in one selfie, and no response after 3 days..

    same here, already verified my age when there was this huge ban wave and got banned again. 4 days and no response. Made a new ticket and nelly closed it instantly.
