Discord Onboarding needs a update, allowing seven channels to be visible to everyone is a massive issue

So, to start out with, why is having seven channels viewable to everyone necessary? It's not and it creates more problems then it probably was intended to have. So, discord has a pretty bad verification process for new members joining resulting in mass spamming, botting and other issues. So, we result to bots like double counter to ip check and alt account check these bad actor accounts. But, it order to do this, we need to make NO channels public to everyone. Then here comes the conflict of having server safety over a setting that no one needs or cares about as a requirement? Fix this asap, massive issue and product management fault on discord's side.
