Discord support can only do so much when problems with other people arise.  This idea would be to have a new support team to investigate issues.  If possible, local law enforcement could take up the position.  They can solve problems from bad misunderstandings to even stopping a serious crime before it's committed.

The accusers and the accused deserve to have their problems solved to make Discord a better place.
