Will Discord Support REALLY send your request to the back of the queue if you issue multiple tickets?

So I’ve heard quite a few times from some people that apparently, Discord Support has a feature that basically punishes people for issuing multiple tickets regarding the same issue. I don’t know whether this is true or not-I am aware they will likely automatically mark some of them as ‘Solved’, but is this true? Are Discord Support really actively punishing people who make these requests in this way!?
