I'm being ignored.I need help, please.

I am writing about a problem with account blocking. when I ask for permission to create a new account, since there is no way to unlock the old one (because the bot writes that this is so), and the bot responds to me that it will not unlock the old one... in order to use the discord channels on the new account, I was asked for support to give their written approval for me to create a new account. that they don't mind, and so on. but I can't do this because no matter what I write, the bot automatically gives out the same thing. I tried to write additionally that the problem is different and I need help, but the bot has just ignored me for 4 days now! I created 4 different posts and they never helped me. what should I do? how do I understand why I was banned? how do I create a new account? how to use the discord?
