my account was hacked

my account (not associated with this email) was hacked and i really need help, i submitted a ticket but it's taking ages. i heard about people getting their accounts back in an hour, i have a lot of important things on my main account, and i have all the proof i can provide, here it is. both from my main as well as  a burner i made to confront the hacker, the email i got when i realized it was a scam and my friend warning others about what happened to their account, i'm sorry this is messy.

    Just wait, Discord platform is Huge, But they have very small amount of ppl working, like they heavily understaffed. It takes a while for them to answer on tickets, esp if its under account management. If your account have been disabled like most of the time they do when it comes to hacked account, then your account will be fine for up to 2 years. But if your account have been banned, Like it really says the Banned word when you try to log in, then the account need to be reopen within 14 days. 
    I would say just wait. It took them 3 days to open my account after it was disabled from a Hacker. Dont open more than One ticket as it will just make your account be placed at the end of line again even if u have a much earlier ticket open.
