My account was disabled for being underage, I sent in my ID so they could tell I was well over the age requirement, and to this day every ticket I open asking for the account to be recovered they close, I get no response on why. i feel that the service here is terrible and still don't know why my account isn't un disabled.

    Someone named Anglerfish keeps responding to my messages, but they just keep putting me down, even though i provided my birthdate with proof and a selfie of myself. Discord support needs to be better.

    I've been experiencing the same issue with Discord support – despite receiving notifications that my problem has been resolved, I've been unable to log in for days because my account is still disabled. I'm really hoping they'll respond and provide the assistance I desperately need.
