Discord is deliberately changing ticket request categories to ignore hacked account requests!

Okay I just got an update regarding my hacked account ticket. They marked it as resolved without giving a response and changes the ticket matter from Hacked account to an Appeal request! Is this a way for them to avoid my ticket? Why would they do this and not have someone reply with genuine concern?

    Did the same thing to me. I just gave up on trying to get my account and switched to Revolt Chat
