Someone named nelly keeps "solving my ticket" and saying nothing

I have made 10+ tickets nelly has solved all of them im sending pictures  proof of everything

    This is their automated bot, your best bet for help is their twitter. This forum is basically screaming at a brick wall in terms of actual help. You can also try replying to your most recent ticket to reopen the ticket and repeat when they close it again.

    Dxaaze  sign up for an account and then go to the messages (envelope icon) tab. Then create a new message and add @discord_support. Then explain your situation and mention your ticket ID. Then hope for a response soon. You can also follow their main account and reply asking for help on any new post they make (they usually respond if you are early). Hope this helps, good luck friend!

    TheCoolDude I happen to saw your suggestion and I could try to ask them to look at my open status ticket since it hasn't gotten a response yet as no bot replies on my open status ticket there
