How long does it take to get a response from a human?

I made a lot of tickets my first day ik not supposed to but ive only gotten a twitter message that didnt really help me also… how do i delete tickets

    You don't, it only get closed, all you can do is wait or if you're really worried about your account being marked as spam, created another account to make the ticket, only one not spamming

    It's been almost 3 weeks for me with no answer, I tried to call them, I tried twitter, support tickets, no answer from a human so far, no explanation why my account was disabled.

    akiw  all my tickets just got closed all of the ones before would just get put as solved

    it's hilarious how my 11 days ticket got marked as solved with no answer whatsoever, not even an automated one
