How can i actually contact support

Ive been making tickets for around a week none of them have gotten an answer all marked as solved with no answer and im doing everything correctly

    They only have robot there. I submit ticke but only have a robot name ”Clyde” reply me. It just a disgusting company. Just want your money and ignore user's opinions
