USERS SHOULDN'T GET PUNISHMENT FOR WHAT THE SERVER THEY OWN DID

For example I lost 2 of my discord account because of a servers I was never even in that got reported , like how I lose my account for something a nsfw server did? I don't even say or post on those so why I'm punished but not the creator of servers
