Feedback on discord support

I’m making a post about discord support and I think that it won’t attract anyone, somehow I was kicked out of my discord account, my 2fa codes didn’t work and I forgot the backup codes, after writing to support they stupidly ignored me and to this day they close unfulfilled tickets, I think that they do nothing for their users, I don’t hate those who work in discord because even an ordinary VALVE employee does more than all your employees here in their place

    Yeah.. support is horrible.. no wonder discord is a cesspool full of scammers and hackers.
