Discord support is just canceling my ticket personally now with actual humans instead of bot

    It's my second month creating tickets. I have sent proof, and additional proof as shown in the screenshot, and yet now instead of a robot closing my ticket, they are now having actual HUMAN beings close my ticket. 

    So not only is the bot unreliable, so is the employees behind discord support.

    Good job Discord.

    discord safety staff are braindead i have same issue my account got hack and discord prefer to ban my account rather than help me and ignore my ticke
