Why discord support is outright ignoring my tickets

My account got falsely disabled a month ago and I've been trying to reach to Discord through various tickets and twitter but they just ignore my messages on twitter and close my tickets on here.

    2. Use the Appeals Form: If available, fill out Discord's account appeals form.
    3. Contact on Social Media: Continue reaching out on Twitter and include @Discord with a polite, concise message.
