Fix Suggestion : Avatar Decoration

Hello everyone, I have noticed some of the avatar decorations were getting a bit too overwhelming to the point where you would only see the animation and not the avatar. 

So the problem here is the GIF loop or rather the lack of control over the loop. 

An easy fix would be a play once choice. 

Here is an example of a bad loop its nice to see it once, but other than that if it keeps looping.

I think it can be a deal breaker for a lot of people.
