Discord account wrongfully suspended.

My Discord account got suspended because I was jokingly telling someone I was 12. I sent in an appeal stating that I am actually 20 turning 21 this year but I got no reply. Not even an automated email about my ticket. So, I tried a few more times and still nothing. What am I supposed to do now?

    Same thing happened to me

    Is this true?
    According to a user, it seems that when resolving the blocking letter, the official will change the complaint letter to resolved without any notice.
    This means that all messages and emails sent to the locked account will be regarded as "read" to "solve" this problem.

    I think I might encounter this situation
