Funny behavior from discord support if your account has been suspended

Why do you provide the function to appeal against account suspension? Since you send proof etc. that you are of the appropriate age to use Discord and no one responds. The only thing I get is that the ticket is closed by the Nelly bot because no one else supports it, maybe I can fix it? But if you start doing something, if you have already suspended someone's account, maybe give them a chance to appeal, not that no one will answer you.

    Is this true?
    According to a user, it seems that when resolving the blocking letter, the official will change the complaint letter to resolved without any notice.
    This means that all messages and emails sent to the locked account will be regarded as "read" to "solve" this problem.

    I think I might encounter this situation
