Support is now closing my ticket in less then 2 hours without investigating in it

As you can see here.. on my most recent ticket.. they just closed my ticket almost instantly without even bothering to fix it

    Same here, this been happening for 2 months for me, my account got fully deleted meanwhile, and I'm still trying to get an answer why this happened, I get a generic answer, no specifics of what I did wrong.

    Don't make more than one ticket. If you flood the ticket system they'll close your tickets because opening multiple tickets is wasting their time
