Cannot login Discord when using the University VPN is I must use to work. It would be great if that could be fixed. Thanks!

UPDATE. Since I cannot reply to the post below (please, fix it), I am replying here. I have done all that you say already and all is fine on our side. It is a  problem of your site when using VPN. No problem with other sites when using or not VPN and no problem with your site when not using VPN. And the problem has been around for a long time. That is why I decided to report it here.

I have used Safari 17.5 (18618.2.12.111.5, 18618) on macOS 13.6.7 (22G720) Ventura on Mac (Intel).

    Common issue, Uni VPN might restrict Discord.

    Try this.

    Contact IT to whitelist Discord.

    Check for IP block due to others' misuse.

    Ask IT to adjust VPN settings (if Discord works outside VPN).
