Account got hacked than reported and banned

19 hours ago, I noticed suspicious activity on my account.
Subsequently, I was locked out of my account and received a notification of an underage violation report.
The hacker then took control of my server, posting harmful links which pose a threat to my community.

Now my account is banned. I keep getting response from the bot to do the appeal which I have done, but I'm not getting any response there.

Can anybody please give me an advice what to do.

    It is very difficult to get a support. I'm a co-founder of Infinity Games. They got my account and reported it for underage. They hijacked our server, and make a phishing site of our website where they are scamming users.
    All  our devs are trying to help me to reclaim my account, but with no help. It has been 23 hours now. In 4 hours we have a scheduled tournament in our game Infinity Heroes with the Beam Gamers community. This is a nightmare.
