Windows 11 application won't open

Hello, I have a problem, I can't open the Discord application on Windows 11, but recently everything was fine, but I reinstalled Java, can this somehow affect the Discord? If not, then help me what could be the problem.
Also I run for a millisecond a small window to check the update discord, and immediately disappears. I reinstalled the program before deleting absolutely all files on the PC, but it did not help
