Discord ignoring my appeal tickets

I've made tickets about my disabled account, trying to appeal it but discord keeps marking it as solved. For some reason After marking it solved they still go back and check the ticket I guess because it shows new action but they still didn't enable my account.

 

Please if any moderator is reading this PLEASE help me please I really beg because I was falsely disabled.
