Disabled for age violation.
On June 7, my account got disabled for being under age, and this is the second time that this has happened. The first time was a joke that I made, and I wasn’t aware that I would get banned. the second time that it happened I never said anything related to being under age so that brings me to the conclusion that I was falsely banned and I sent discord all the information necessary to prove my age once again because seven months prior I had to do the same thing and they responded after eight days now it is about ten days now and I’ve received no response at all. What do I do? They keep marking all my new tickets as solved. but only keeping the original ticket open. Does that mean that they’re still investigating it? Or will they just ignore me? If any discord support reads this please answer my tick so that I may get my account unlocked.

just in case, create a new account and try to regain contacts and describe the situation. Create ONE ticket and stick to it. Don't add any others because you'll only prolong the queue and everyone will have to wait longer for requests to be processed. stay warm and we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll all get through it

Thing is ive been replying to the same ticket i created initally but nobody has said anything and when i create a new one i get marked as solved?

Therefore, do not create new tickets or respond to the same one because it only results in your ticket going back in the queue and the end is that they will never write you back and the system will mark you as spam and block access to tickets
