Account Disabled Due to Unauthorized Chargebacks

Hello Discord Community,

I hope you can help me with an urgent issue. My account has been disabled for the past 4-5 days due to chargebacks. However, I have never made any purchases on Discord and never added a payment method to my account.

I have tried creating tickets but they are not replying and closing any new ticket i create.

I'm from India and recently had to reinstall Windows due to a virus, which I believe allowed a hacker to compromise my account and make unauthorized purchases.

 My Discord account is crucial for my work and staying in touch with friends. Please help me to regain access to my account
