why doesn't discord reply to my ownership transfer request?

our server literally meets the criteria to do an ownership transfer, and my account does too (I'm a moderator in the server and the owner's account was my account but it got deleted) 
Discord is leaving my request on open and didn't reply yet, I need a reply as fast as possible.

    I'll spare you the 2 months I had to wait.

    My account was hacked into through the accidental report scam and I lost ownership to 2 servers that I own. I met the requirements for one of them, but 2 months later support replied to my ticket saying that I needed to do it from the owner's email, meaning I had no way to transfer ownership because my email was changed.

    Yeah, I have the same issues as well, but I have no way to contact Discord support about transferring ownership from my main account since it got hacked through the accidental report scam.
