Guys i need help for reporting someone

Recently i found out one of my “friend” is underage. I know its not my problem but i really don't want to see underaged people getting groomed/Sa'd by other people, it disgust me. 

I just want to know how to report someone for being underage. I don't find the option in “Submit a request” that let me do so. It violates Discord's TOS for obvious reason. 

Oh and btw, i don't see the trust and safety report for some reason. Did they removed it?
