Says it’s “solved” when it isn’t

So basically my discord account got suspended because it says I’m under 13 which I’m not and I have sent proof that I’m not. It shows very clearly that I am 5 with my face and username in it as well. I’ve sent around 6 different one and they all say solved and not a single one has gotten a reply nor has been solved. So I’m wondering what’s happening and how long it will take to get my account back.
