My only request keeps getting closed

My request/ticket #45948964 keeps getting closed without any response or action. I got suspended over three weeks ago for joking once about my real age. I have waited for any reply for 2 weeks. According to the great bot tm, something was missing in the verification photo, so I sent another one. Same story after few days. When I asked for a real human to look into the matter, they just said me to get older and come back later. So I send the photo once again and it keeps getting “solved” without anything else happening. Yes, I'm way after 18 years old. Yes, this is my only active request/ticket.

    Just by a chance, was it Nelly?

    The first reply was from Seal and then Discord Trust & Safety took over the case.
