Moderating Guild Tags (Enable/Disable)

Server moderators should be able to disable guild tags in their server regardless of if the user has it displayed on their profile. As not every server is a guild, some people have been using guild tags as a way to promote their guilds and affiliated servers within other servers. This isn't fair to those who have worked hard to grow their community and don't want others using them for free advertising.
